As part of this program, you'll gain knowledge, enjoy light-hearted moments, exchange experiences, explore novel activities, and foster beneficial habits. CDC-recognized Diabetes Prevention Lifestyle Change Program Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older. Must be overweight or obese (BMI ≥25; ≥23 if Asian American). Cannot have a previous diagnosis of type 1 or type 2 diabetes. Cannot be currently pregnant. Must have one or more of the following within the past year: Hemoglobin A1C in the range of 5.7%-6.4%. Fasting blood glucose of 100-125 mg/dL. Two-Hour glucose of 140-199 mg/dL. Previous diagnosis of gestational diabetes. A score of 5 or higher on the Prediabetes Risk Test. Could You Have Prediabetes?
